Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Prepaid Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shoe box or shipping container and attach the return label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
